More than 200 people showed up for the James Beard Public Market Potato Party at The Heathman Hotel in downtown Portland. The Oregon Potato Commission made an appearance at My People's Market on Saturday 9/17 and Sunday 9/18 from 11am to 5pm both days. OPC participated in partnership with Oregon State University Food Innovation Center handing out fresh, locally grown potatoes through a generous donation from Threemile Canyon Farms in Boardman, Oregon .
